Duct Layer

Job Description

As a Duct Layer, you will be at the forefront of our HVAC services, responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of duct systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will be skilled in reading blueprints and collaborating closely with other tradespeople to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble ductwork in compliance with design specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to craft and shape duct materials.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on installed systems.
• Ensure that all installations comply with safety standards.
• Document installation processes and complete necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in similar roles.
