Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler for our manufacturing team in Brisbane. Your role will involve assembling, testing, and repairing transformers in line with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test electrical transformers in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair transformers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards during assembly processes.
  • Maintain tools and equipment used in assembly and testing.
  • Document all procedures and results accurately.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to meet production standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Assist in the development of new assembly procedures.
  • Support other departments as required to ensure production flow.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Trade qualification in electrical engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a related assembly position
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems
  • Experience with power tools
Soft Skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Physical stamina
Certifications
  • Electrical Safety Certification
  • First Aid Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
