Mattress Filler

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Mattress Filler to join our production line. You will ensure that mattress components are filled, stitched, and glued properly to produce top-notch bedding products, while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines for proper filling of mattress products.
• Ensure quality control standards by checking appearance and density of filling.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Pack and label finished products accurately.
• Maintain a safe working environment following standard operating procedures.
• Assist in training new staff on procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance teams.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in mattress filling and stitching is advantageous, but training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Candidates with prior manufacturing experience will be preferred.
