Production Worker (Coater)

Job Description

As a Coater, you will be responsible for operating coating machines to apply high-quality coatings to a variety of substrates. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating machines and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Prepare substrates by conducting necessary surface treatments.
• Apply various coatings, ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work environment.
• Participate in team meetings for process improvement discussions.
• Provide feedback on production issues to enhance output quality.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and material usage.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Vocational Training

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Languages
