Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision finishing of metal products. You’ll operate various grinding machines and inspect finished products for quality standards. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate lapping and polishing machines to achieve high-quality finishes on components.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes.
• Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in machining or manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
