We are seeking a passionate Chemical Engineer to join our Ballarat team. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical processes and a strong commitment to safety and innovation. This role involves designing and implementing new production processes and improving existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimisation projects to improve productivity.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams for product integrity.
• Research and develop innovative solutions for chemical applications.
• Manage and execute experiments within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for chemical raw materials.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical presentations for stakeholders.
• Enhance process reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree would be an asset

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation Software
• Quality Control

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer
• Environmental Protection Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
