Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating clinical trials from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor sites, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the research process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Investigators and site personnel.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of clinical studies.
• Ensure all regulatory documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
• Conduct training sessions for site staff regarding study protocols and procedures.
• Review and validate data collected from clinical trials.
• Compile data for submission to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and ethics committees.
• Stay updated on trends and developments within the clinical research field.
• Assist in writing clinical study reports that summarize trial results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Science or Nursing
• Further certification in clinical research is an asset

Experience

• At least 3 years of clinical research experience

• Clinical Research Protocols
• Statistical Analysis Software

Certifications

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
