Our Health & Beauty Spa in Port Macquarie is seeking a passionate Aesthetician to provide high-quality skin care services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and possess a solid understanding of various skin care treatments. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Advise clients on skincare regimens and products for at-home care.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa.
• Assist in spa promotions and events to attract new clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on treatments.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a cohesive service experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Certification in aesthetic treatments is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role

• Facial Treatments

Certifications

• Certificate in Aesthetic Treatments

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced skin care technologies: Familiarity with laser treatments and microdermabrasion.
