Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining creels for yarn production, ensuring all machines are running efficiently, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the threading of warp on creel racks according to specifications.
• Conducting inspections for fabric defects and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams for efficient operation.
• Documenting production data and anomalies.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in textile production or machine operation.

Advantageous

• Experience in quality control procedures: Familiarity with quality standards in textile production.
