Maintenance Mechanic Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Helper to assist our team in performing maintenance and repair tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced mechanics to ensure the effective operation of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help in diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems.
• Maintain and clean workshop tools and equipment.
• Work under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
• Document maintenance logs and report updates to supervisors.
• Participate in regular safety drills and maintain standards.
• Support the team in all maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification or trade qualification in mechanical or maintenance field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role or exposure to maintenance work in an industrial setting is preferred.
