Job Description

As a Watch and Clock Repairer at ElectroCare Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic devices, including timepieces and other electronic equipment. You will ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with electronic devices.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of timepieces.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and techniques.
  • Ensure that all repairs comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Educate customers on device care and maintenance.
  • Assist in training new staff on repair processes and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Electronics and Communications
  • Diploma in Electronics and Communications is desirable
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
