Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutter to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knife skills and a passion for quality food preparation, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Slice, dice, and trim various types of meat, poultry, and fish with precision.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and restocking supplies.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure food safety.
  • Support the Head Chef in the training of new kitchen staff.
  • Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes or special events.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen setting, with experience in meat preparation.
