Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutter to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knife skills and a passion for quality food preparation, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
Slice, dice, and trim various types of meat, poultry, and fish with precision.
Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and restocking supplies.
Follow health and safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure food safety.
Support the Head Chef in the training of new kitchen staff.
Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes or special events.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen setting, with experience in meat preparation.
