Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor and record patient progress and outcomes.
• Advocate for patient rights and needs within the healthcare system.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to care improvement strategies.
• Provide training to new nursing staff on protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the development of healthcare policies and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate diploma in Nursing (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting

• Basic Life Support Certification
