We are in search of dedicated Forest Fire Inspectors and Prevention Specialists to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in conducting fire risk assessments, developing emergency response plans, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of fire risks in various facilities.
• Create emergency response frameworks and ensure staff are trained to respond effectively.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall safety procedures.
• Utilise fire safety tools for inspection and record-keeping.
• Lead educational initiatives regarding fire safety protocols.
• Identify and analyse fire hazard patterns and recommend strategies.
• Consistently evaluate and review fire safety practices for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding fire safety status.
• Attend workshops and seminars to stay current on fire safety advancements.
• Engage with local fire authorities to ensure alignment with community safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Fire Safety or related field
• First Aid certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in occupational health and safety or related field.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fire safety inspection software (e.g. FireMate)

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Certifications

• Certification in Fire Safety
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
