Job Description

As a Roustabout, you will play a vital role in supporting drilling operations and maintaining equipment on-site. This position requires a robust dedication to safety and teamwork to ensure efficient production while adhering to operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare drilling rigs for operations.
• Operate heavy machinery including hoists and mud pumps.
• Ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations.
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment.
• Document all relevant data during drilling operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support to senior rig personnel as required.
• Adhere strictly to established safety protocols.
• Collaborate on emergency procedures with the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in oil and gas safety practices is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in the oil and gas field, specifically with drilling operations.
