We are seeking a dedicated Cigar Tobacco Processing Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards. The successful candidate will manage a skilled team, implement production schedules, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Tobacco Blenders and Cigar Rollers.
• Develop production schedules and adjust staffing needs accordingly.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products.
• Facilitate training sessions for new employees.
• Work with other departments to address product issues and enhance production.
• Maintain a safe working environment that adheres to health regulations.
• Track production metrics and provide insights for future planning.
• Assist in managing budgets for production-related expenses.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in production techniques.
• Evaluate and select suppliers to ensure high-quality materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Management experience in related industry is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in tobacco or food production
