Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Farmworkers and Laborers with a keen interest in horticulture to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will assist in planting and maintaining various gardens, ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting and care of nursery plants and crops.
• Execute garden designs based on client needs and environmental factors.
• Support the management of garden projects from start to finish.
• Engage with clients to understand their horticultural desires and needs.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and implement necessary fixes.
• Foster a safe working environment by adhering to horticultural standards.
• Utilize gardening tools properly to ensure high-quality work.
• Keep detailed records of planting schedules and plant care.
• Help in the training of new team members in horticulture practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Landscape Design or equivalent (advantageous)

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years in gardening or a related field

Certifications

• Current Driver's License

Languages

• English: Fluent
