Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Brisbane facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing processes, lead a team effectively, and ensure all safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all inventory needs are met.
• Monitor employee performance and implement training when necessary.
• Handle any operational issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with EDI systems: Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange systems for inventory management.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations: Familiarity with compliance regulations for goods movement.
