Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an Aircraft Service Attendant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the aircraft is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with safety standards, allowing us to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft cleanliness and readiness.
• Engage with passengers before and after flights to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the cabin crew with pre-flight checks and procedures.
• Manage emergency equipment and ensure compliance with airline protocols.
• Assist in preparing and executing pre-departure briefings with team members.
• Document and report maintenance and supply issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages
