Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate torch heating machinery while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Evaluate equipment performance and implement improvements as required.

• Maintain detailed logs of equipment maintenance and operational parameters.
• Participate in safety drills and compliance training sessions.
• Support management with identifying training needs for the team.
• Continuously seek ways to improve work processes and team performance.

Advantageous

• Experience in Supervising a Team: Prior experience supervising technical teams will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Industry Regulations: Understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing sector.
