Job Description

As a Plant Operator, you will oversee the efficient and safe operation of plant equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Your role will also involve performing routine maintenance and communicating with team members to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
• Provide input for continual improvement in plant processes.
• Work closely with management to achieve production goals.
• Assist in maintaining records and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing/plant operation role

Languages
