Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you'll play an essential role in our food processing line. Your primary responsibilities will include operating canning equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the packaging line, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
• Perform quality checks on packaged products to maintain standards.
• Document and report any production discrepancies immediately.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials and finished products.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and recommend repairs.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow enhancements.
• Support seasonal packaging runs with flexibility in working hours.
• Encourage and uphold a culture of safety and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area to meet health standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred but not essential.
