Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuing education and training to enhance nursing practices.
  • Ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Participate in research and development of nursing practices.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
  • Provide mentorship and training for new nursing staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
Technical Skills
  • Advanced clinical skills
  • Familiarity with EHR systems
Soft Skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Interpersonal skills
Certifications
  • Registered Nurse License in New South Wales
  • Basic Life Support Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
