Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness of the parlor and its surroundings.
• Assist in coordinating events and activities within the parlor.
• Provide assistance to clients with special requests.
• Regularly update records and client information as required.
• Communicate with management to improve service quality.
• Educate clients about parlor etiquette and services offered.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
• Work collaboratively with the grooming team for client satisfaction.
