Etcher and Engraver

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Etcher and Engraver who is responsible for operating embossing machinery to create raised impressions on diverse materials. This role requires attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure embossing machines according to production demands.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct inspections for quality assurance on finished products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery and workflows.
• Maintain detailed logs of production activities.
• Provide feedback on operational efficiency and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing Operations is preferred
• Relevant training in embossing techniques is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing role, focusing on embossing and engraving.
