Responsibilities

• Prepare and sand floors, removing all debris and imperfections.
• Work closely with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert advice.
• Apply finishes and sealants with precision to ensure a flawless result.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to guarantee efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the latest industry practices.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and place orders as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in hardwood floor refinishing is preferred

Experience

• Experience in repairing damaged hardwood floors is advantageous.
