Job Description

The Jewelry Bench Molder plays a crucial role in our production process. Responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality molds for our bespoke jewelry pieces, the ideal candidate will exhibit precision and artistry to ensure each piece meets our exceptional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine molds for diverse jewelry collections.
• Collaborate with the design team to turn concepts into functional molds.
• Ensure mold durability and quality for high-volume production.
• Utilize advanced tools and techniques to enhance mold creation.
• Assist in training junior molders and share best practices.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure final product excellence.
• Implement feedback for continuous process improvement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Document mold specifications for future reference.
• Support in prototype testing to validate design feasibility.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Jewelry Design or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with 3D printing technology is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Precious Metals
• Wax Carving Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
