Job Description

Join our team as a Land Examiner, where you will evaluate land titles, surveys, and legal documents to determine ownership rights and boundaries. You will ensure compliance with land regulations and provide expert advice on land-related matters to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Examine land titles and documents for discrepancies.
• Conduct field surveys and coordinate with land surveyors.
• Ensure detailed compliance with local zoning laws.
• Advise clients on legal implications of land acquisitions.
• Analyze data and prepare specifications for land-related requests.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
• Review and update existing land records for accuracy.
• Monitor changes in land use and property regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Assist in drafting land management policies and plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field is preferred
• Further qualifications in Land Management are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in government or regulatory agency preferred
