Job Description

As a Private Detective and Investigator, you will be tasked with conducting covert operations and gathering intelligence to assist law enforcement investigations. You will leverage your keen analytical skills and ability to blend into various environments to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special investigative projects as assigned.
• Manage relationships with clients and provide updates.
• Train and mentor junior investigators on investigative techniques.
• Contribute to the development of investigative protocols and procedures.
• Create strategies for effective undercover operations.
• Foster collaboration with team members to enhance effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to broaden investigation scope.
• Conduct debriefings and case reviews post-investigation.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Government (Investigation) or equivalent
• University degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in undercover work or surveillance
