Yam Curer

Job Description

As a Yam Curer, you'll be responsible for preparing and curing high-quality yams for consumption. You will work closely with the agricultural team to ensure that all processes are efficient and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise assistants or seasonal workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to improve curing processes.
• Participate in inventory management of yams.
• Assist with logistics of distributing cured yams.

Requirements

Education

• Agriculture degree or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in food processing preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
