Job Description

We are seeking a Hydroelectric Production Manager to oversee the production of electricity in our hydroelectric power plants. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hydroelectric power generation and management, and should be able to lead a team to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all production activities and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians in hydroelectric power generation.
  • Develop operational plans for workforce scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Regularly review production metrics and implement improvements.
  • Facilitate training for staff on safety and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
  • Monitor and manage the environmental impact of operations.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
