We are seeking a skilled Hairspring Adjuster to join our team. As a Hairspring Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting, repairing, and fine-tuning hairsprings in precision timepieces. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise in horology.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate hairsprings to guarantee the highest levels of watch accuracy.
• Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of hairsprings in various timepieces.
• Implement repair techniques to restore the functionality of defective hairsprings.
• Fine-tune adjustment parameters to maximise performance for specific watch models.
• Document all procedures and adjustments to maintain a comprehensive quality control log.
• Work in collaboration with the quality assurance team to uphold standards.
• Research and apply new techniques in hairspring adjustments to enhance overall operations.
