Join our innovative team as a Neon Glass Bender where you will create and repair neon signs that are both functional and artistic. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in glass bending, shaping, and an eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate glass cutting and bending equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to client specifications.
• Develop prototypes for new signage designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing quality glass and materials.
• Implement efficient production methods to reduce waste.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing products at trade shows or exhibitions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training in glass arts is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in the signage industry.

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
