We are seeking an experienced Mental Hygiene Consultant to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing mental health programs, providing guidance to employees, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace mental health assessments.
• Develop educational materials and resources for employees.
• Identify workplace stressors and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate in developing organizational mental health policies.
• Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Provide one-on-one consultations and support to employees.
• Promote a culture of mental wellness through campaigns and activities.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health or related fields.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical mental health roles.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in managing mental health crises.: Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations involving mental health emergencies.
