Responsibilities

  • Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to customer orders, ensuring high quality.
  • Follow strict food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy in cooking.
  • Keep a well-organized and clean workstation throughout shifts.
  • Assist with training junior kitchen staff and maintaining team morale.
  • Engage positively with servers to ensure smooth running of service.
  • Support the kitchen during peak hours to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Additional culinary certifications are a plus
Experience
  • Experience in menu planning and leading kitchen staff preferred
