Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bunbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with our clients to assess their needs and create tailored therapy plans, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients for functional impairments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic patient care.
  • Evaluate client progress and modify treatments as needed.
  • Provide training and support for clients and their families.
  • Document therapy sessions and outcomes accurately.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development.
  • Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.
  • Conduct educational workshops for the community.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in therapy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Master's degree in related field is an asset

  • 3+ years of experience preferred
