We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural design and analysis, adept at working with a variety of materials and construction methods. You will be involved in exciting projects that shape our urban landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception through to completion.
• Conduct peer reviews of engineering calculations and designs.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Construction Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in Revit for structural modelling: Experience in using Autodesk Revit for Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Knowledge of civil 3D design software: Familiarity with civil engineering design software for site development.
