Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at Engineering Solutions, you will engage in exciting projects, employing your expertise in structural design and project management. Your role will involve close cooperation with various teams to enhance project quality and efficiency, while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze structural integrity and performance based on loads and environmental factors.
  • Draft and review design plans and project specifications.
  • Oversee project engineering teams and promote collaborative work.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met during project work.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in engineering best practices.
  • Lead project coordination meetings to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Assist in risk management assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in community outreach and public presentations regarding project impacts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the industry
