Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for heat treatment by cleaning, masking, and loading onto racks or baskets.
• Monitor and adjust heat treatment parameters to achieve desired results.
• Record furnace operation data, including temperature, time, and other variables.
• Work in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of materials and supplies.
• Train junior operators on furnace operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in metallurgy or mechanical engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with furnaces

Languages

• English: Fluent
