Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pilot Plant Operator to join our team. The role primarily involves operating and maintaining pilot plant equipment, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations in the pilot plant setup.
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
• Support the engineering team in process development.
• Assist in preparing reports on pilot plant performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in chemical technology or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
