Job Description

As a Philanthropy Officer, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with donors to support our non-profit's mission. This position involves identifying funding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and engaging with stakeholders to maximize fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Manage the donor database and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Write and edit proposals, donor communications, and impact reports.
• Engage with existing donors through regular updates and appreciation initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events to increase community awareness.
• Perform analysis of fundraising activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the marketing team to promote fundraising campaigns on various platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Non-Profit Management or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a fundraising role
