Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Flap Curer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating specialized curing machinery to ensure the proper curing of flaps utilised in our product range. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and solid experience in similar manufacturing roles, ensuring that our high-quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate curing machines for the production of flaps.
• Conduct regular checks on cured products for quality standards.
• Adjust machine parameters based on results from quality inspections.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Report any machinery issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Engage with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Document production results and communicate with supervisors.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with the training of new staff on machinery operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in industrial machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machinery operation in a manufacturing setting.
