Job Description

As a Rotary Drill Operator, you will be crucial in overseeing drilling operations, managing drilling crews, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. We seek professionals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of drilling projects from start to finish.
  • Control drilling processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor drilling parameters and adjust as necessary.
  • Develop and implement training programs for drilling crew.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders about developments.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with drilling operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • At least 5 years in drilling operations with supervisory experience.
