We are looking for a skilled Well Digger to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of wells, ensuring effective operation and quality water supply. A high level of physical fitness is required as well as a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling machinery and ensure all equipment is well maintained.
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines during drilling processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and needs.
• Document daily activities and prepare maintenance logs.
• Assist in training new team members in drilling operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Drilling Operations or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Experience using advanced drilling equipment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Certification in first aid to handle any on-site emergencies.
• Experience with Environmental Regulations: Knowledge of environmental regulations related to drilling and water usage.
