As a Hairdresser in our salon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, advising clients on hair styling and care, and maintaining an immaculate salon environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair treatments and services as per client needs.
• Document client preferences and maintain records.
• Assist in training junior staff and apprentices.
• Promote salon products and services to clients.
• Ensure a positive salon experience for every customer.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve salon goals.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a hairdresser

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with hairdressing tools
• Knowledge of hair care products

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in specialised hairdressing techniques: Additional training in specific areas such as balayage, extensions, or colour correction.
• Experience in managing a team of hairdressers: Leadership experience within a salon environment.
