Production Worker – Machine Heel Builder

Job Description

As a Machine Heel Builder at XYZ Footwear, you will play a key role in producing high-quality heels for our footwear products. You will operate specialized machinery, ensure quality control, and collaborate with our engineering team to resolve production challenges.

Responsibilities

• Run production lines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collect samples for testing and quality assurance.
• Report any mechanical failures to the maintenance team promptly.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with CNC machinery is a plus

• CNC Machine Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding Skills: Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed is advantageous.
