Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining dyeing machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for textile manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dyeing machines throughout the production cycle.
• Adjust machine parameters to achieve desired dye results.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure fabric meets company standards.
• Record and report production metrics and anomalies.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in all operational tasks.
• Assist in machine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Train apprentices in machine operation and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in textiles or related fields
• Associate degree in textile technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in dyeing operations

Languages
