We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Maroochydore. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and ensure timely delivery of products. Responsibilities

• Research and analyse trends in supply chain performance.
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain metrics.
• Assist with budget planning for supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient product distribution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Excel
• Forecasting Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of global supply chain practices: Awareness of international logistics and supply chain strategies.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies: Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
