Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Glost Placer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing and inspecting glost (unglazed ceramic ware) on kiln cars in preparation for firing. This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and an understanding of ceramic production processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and arrange glost on kiln cars with precision and care.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain product standards.
• Assist in the efficient operation of the kiln loading process.
• Keep accurate records of production data.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with open communication.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in ceramic production is preferred

Technical Skills

• Quality control experience
• Basic computer skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
