Production Worker - Can Marker

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Can Marker to join our production team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that cans are accurately marked with batch numbers and expiry dates while complying with strict food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Effectively organise your tasks to maximise production efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels of marking materials and request replenishment as required.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Report machine malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow.
• Assist in training new staff on marking procedures and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience

Experience

• Prior experience in the food manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Can marking or labeling equipment operation
• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
